All products, including online courses, workbooks, and downloadable materials, are delivered digitally. Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive immediate access via email or your member dashboard.

Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless there is a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase. If you encounter any problems, please contact us — we’re happy to help.

Account Access

Sharing login credentials or course materials with others is not permitted. One purchase = one user license. Violating this may result in account suspension.

Processing Time

Digital access is usually granted immediately, but please allow up to 15 minutes. If you don’t receive your confirmation, check your spam folder or contact support.
